PAYMENT
To pay your DUETTE items you will use PAYPAL only. To create a paypal account is easy & quick & the payment through paypal is safe, secure, and simple.
SHIPPING
Your DUETTE orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days. All shippings are made with french « colissimo », with a tracking number. Shipping fees: France 6€ European union, Switzerland and Norway 16€ US & Canada 22€ Other destinations 25€. Second item free.
RETURNS POLICY
If you think something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected]
within 24 hours of receiving your item to request a return. Since
accurate measurements & condition are provided, we cannot give
refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections. Once we
accepted you return request, your return must be postmarked within 3
days of reception.
The size (xs-s-m-l) in the description is the size we estimate, since sizing can vary from one brand to an other. But please follow measurements to avoid misstakes. DUETTE take all measurements while the item is laying flat.
Total Length: from top of shoulder to bottom of hem (tops, dresses and jackets/coats) or from waist to bottom of hem (skirts, pants and shorts)
Waist: natural waist Bust: 2cm below armpits
Hips: largest part of hips
Sleeve length: from armpit to sleeve hem
Shoulder: width from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Thighs: largest part of thighs
Rise: from waist to beginning of inseam
Inseam: seam at the indide of the leg
